Session #4: Mock Eviction Trial Based on a Violation of the Community's Rules and Regulations
Facilitated by: Brian Chase, Atlas Law
In this mock eviction trial, participants will navigate a case stemming from a resident's violation of a community's rules and regulations - from the issuance of the notice letter through to the final judgment. We will examine common rules violations community owners encounter, including pet policy infractions, improper vehicle storage, home maintenance standards, unauthorized modifications, and nuisance or conduct-related complaints, as well as common defenses raised by residents and strategies for countering them. This session offers a practical and wide-ranging discussion for both new and experienced community managers.

Session #5: Industry Update - Pathways to Affordability: Leveraging Factory-Built Housing in Florida
Presenter: Chadwick Reed, Ivory Innovations
Florida faces a growing housing affordability crisis — and the answer may already be hiding in plain sight.
