Why Exhibit?
There are 25 Display Tables available on a first-come, first-served basis. Over 250 industry members attended last year's convention, and once again this year promises to be one of the largest industry gatherings in Florida. What's Included & Pricing
Display Table: $400 per table (FMHA members only - non-members must join first)
Each table includes: one 6' skirted table, two chairs, and two exhibitor name badges
Additional Exhibitor Badges: $75 each
NOT included: Convention registration, audio/visual, electrical service, or signage
Tables assigned on a first-come, first-served basis - only 25 available!

Display Space Guidelines
Each exhibit table comes with exactly 6 feet of display space. Please plan your setup accordingly - the ballroom is a shared space that also accommodates food stations, a bar area, and cocktail rounds, so we're not able to make exceptions to the size limit.
If your display requires more than 6 feet, simply purchase additional tables on your registration form. If you're unsure how many you need, it's better to plan ahead - displays that exceed the allotted space will need to be adjusted or removed on-site.

Register online using the "register now" button, or download and complete the Exhibitor Registration Form (PDF) and mail it with your payment to:

Checks should be made payable to FMHA. Please submit your exhibitor fees along with your completed registration form.
