Governing CouncilsHave you been looking for a meaningful way to support Florida’s manufactured housing industry but aren’t sure where to start? Serving on an FMHA Division Governing Council is one of the most impactful ways to get involved.
We are seeking engaged members to step into leadership of our Governing Councils and help advance FMHA’s mission for 2026-2027. Several long‑serving council members have intentionally stepped aside to create space for newer leaders and fresh perspectives. You can view the current rosters and available seats here. Council service is an excellent way to deepen your engagement with the FMHA, build relationships with peers across the state, and gain visibility with association leadership. Each Governing Council is responsible for identifying and advocating on issues that directly affect members in its division, providing critical guidance on advocacy, education, and industry priorities. The FMHA’s six Divisions are: Filled Communities; Developers; Manufacturers; Retailers/Brokers; Finance and Insurance Firms; and Supplier and Service Firms. If you are an FMHA member and would like to place your name on the ballot for a Governing Council seat, please email your name and division type to Marilyn Matherne, Director of Operations, by May 31, 2026. |
